The most basic version of a coat, in 12 oz. indigo selvage: nothing extra, nothing missing. A collar, two patch pockets, a zip, and nothing else. Cut with room through the body and the sleeve. Raw and undistressed, cut and sewn start to finish by one person after you order it. Selvage denim woven in Okayama, Japan and sewn in Nashville, TN.

The simplest form
A collar, two patch pockets, a zip, and nothing else. No yoke seams for their own sake, no flaps, no hardware that is there to be noticed. What is left is the fabric and the cut, which is the whole point of buying a coat in 12 oz. selvage.
Raw indigo will bleed at first and keep moving for years. It gets lighter where you bend and stays dark everywhere else, so the coat ends up recording how you wore it.

Garment measurements, laid flat, in inches. Chest is measured across the coat one inch below the armhole and doubled.
Wash rarely, cold, inside out, and hang it to dry. Raw indigo will bleed for the first few washes — wash it alone, and keep it off anything pale until it settles.
